Looking to update an outdated website and bring clarity to their school’s brand, Twin Tiers Christian Academy (TTCA) connected with North Star Marketing in June 2022 seeking a solution. TTCA’s Director of Development and Head of School had come to realize a new website and brand of professional caliber, one that was reflective of their school’s values, would be critical to generating interest from prospective families. Thankfully, their Board understood the value of this marketing investment and gave the green light for the partnership with North Star to begin.

THE ASK

With several brands in place and an absence of standards to guide their usage, TTCA had an opportunity to restructure their branding to better demonstrate who they were, particularly to the outside community. Additionally, their website was primarily used as a tool for internal communications, providing information to existing families, as opposed to a marketing platform positioning TTCA as a distinctive college-prep community. With goals of improving lead generation and increasing enrollment, having a robust brand and brand standards guide as well as a website that TTCA could be proud to send interested families to was of paramount importance.

With TTCA being a Grade 5-12 school, website content was developed to communicate the strengths and distinctives unique to each Age-and-Stage® — with an academics page dedicated solely to middle school and another exclusive to high school. Additionally, North Star developed a new brand to build awareness and school pride, as well as a detailed brand standards guide, providing support on implementation.
