We start with an initial conversation to help us understand your current scenario, challenges and opportunities, and the specific outcomes you’re looking for. As our awareness of your needs grows, we start consulting. Yes, in the initial conversation … and, no, you won’t receive an invoice. Because whether we work together or not, we want you to get value from your exchange with us.
If we agree there is a potential fit, we take your objectives to the appropriate North Star specialists and develop a Solution Scenario. We then follow up with you to true up our assessment and work toward a formal proposal.
The majority of our engagements take one of two forms: Project-based Engagements or Retained Services Agreements.
